President

Dave Richardson (BPA, MPA) is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with over 25 years experience in providing general management services to public sector and union clients. Dave has experience and demonstrated capabilities in the areas of organization and management design, strategic business analysis (SBA), business management and process re-engineering.

Studies which we have conducted included organizations as large as 1,400 FTEs to as small as 5 FTEs. The dollar value of projects has ranged from $750,000 to $5,000. The types of organizations include: research, policy, professional (e.g., medical, scientific, engineering), regulatory, military and paramilitary and large national operational groups. A number of the organizations have strong international as well as domestic focuses and many work through partnerships with other levels of government, institutions and non govermental and private organizations.
