Reviews

The outcome of reviews can be the same as organization studies, process improvements and change management initiatives.

The objectives of conducting reviews include, but are not limited to the following:

• identifying and describing the environment, rationale and functioning of an organization and/or program(s)
• increasing efficiency of the organization and/or program(s)
• shifting resources among or within the organization and/or program(s) to meet a changing environment
• assessing organization and-or program options
• assessing resource needs
